Mobile ticket - ordering by SMS

Ticket for 25 CZK incl. VAT, transfer ticket for 45 / 60 min.*

1.  The passenger writes an SMS in the following format: HK

The price of this ordering SMS is charged as a regular SMS according to the tariff of the given operator.

2. SMS sent by passengers to the number 90230

The number is common for all types of tickets and also for all mobile operators in the Czech Republic.

Within 2 minutes of sending the order SMS, passengers will receive a mobile ticket.


* Transfer ticket for 25 CZK is valid on working days from 04.00 - 19.00 45 min. 

On Sat, Sun, public holidays and on working days from 19.00 - 04.00 the transfer ticket is valid for 60 min.

 

Ticket for 80 CZK including VAT, all-day for 24 hours.

2. SMS sent by passengers to the number 90230

The number is common for all types of tickets and also for all mobile operators in the Czech Republic.

Within 2 minutes of sending the order SMS, passengers will receive a mobile ticket.

 

Sample Mobile tickets

Within 2 minutes, the passenger will receive an incoming SMS message - a mobile ticket, which he/she will keep in his/her mobile device for the entire duration of transport in case of inspection. The price of this SMS is equal to the price of the ordered ticket, i.e. CZK 25 or CZK 80.

The text of the SMS contains the designation of the carrier, the type and price of the ticket, the period of validity and the control code, which is unique.

Notice: Passengers may board DPMHK, a.s. only with a valid Mobile Ticket in their device. If the Mobile Ticket is not received for any reason, the Person is obliged to pay the fare in another way. He/she has the right to file a complaint for an undelivered Mobile Ticket.
