Mobile ticket - ordering via SMS

Ticket for CZK 30 incl. VAT, transfer to 60 min.

The price of this order SMS is charged as a regular SMS according to the operator's tariff.

2. The passenger sends an SMS to the number 90230

Discounted ticket for CZK 15 incl. VAT, transfer to 60 min.

The price of this order SMS is charged as a regular SMS according to the operator's tariff.

2. The passenger sends an SMS to the number  90230

Ticket for CZK 100 incl. VAT, all day for 24 hours

1. The passenger writes an SMS in the form: HK24

The price of this order SMS is charged as a regular SMS according to the operator's tariff.

The number is common for all types of tickets and also for all mobile operators in the Czech Republic.

Within 2 min. the passenger will receive a mobile ticket after sending the order SMS.

Within 2 min. the passenger will receive an incoming SMS message - Mobile ticket, which he will keep in his mobile device for the entire duration of the transport in case of inspection. The price of this SMS is equal to the price of the ordered ticket, i.e. CZK 25 or CZK 80.

The text of the SMS contains the name of the carrier, the type and price of the ticket, the validity period and a control code that is unique.

Notice: Do DPMHK, a.s. passengers may board only with a valid Mobile ticket in their device. If he does not receive the Mobile ticket for some reason, he is obliged to pay the fare in another way. He has the right to file a claim for an undelivered Mobile Ticket.
