Duplicate Mobile Ticket

If the ticket(s) are deleted during its validity, it is possible to obtain its duplicate(s). This service is charged 5, - CZK including VAT. To send a duplicate:

1. The passenger writes an SMS in the following format: HKD

The price of this ordering SMS is charged as a regular SMS according to the tariff of the given operator.

2. Send an SMS to 90030

Since the ticket has already been requested from the given telephone and the ticket is still valid, the system evaluates this  SMS as a duplicate request and sends a copy of the Mobile Ticket to the passenger's mobile phone.

In return, the passenger receives duplicates of all original mobile tickets valid at that time assigned to the passenger's telephone number.
