A necessary condition for the functionality of the Mobile Ticket service for passengers is the permitted Premium SMS services on their mobile device. If the passenger does not have these services enabled by his operator, the Mobile service
The ticket will not work and in this case the claim will not be recognized. No funds will be debited from his phone bill.
In other cases, the passenger has several ways to file a complaint and it is up to him which one he chooses:
- on-line by filling in the complaint form
- by phone on the customer support line at 234 493 120
- by e-mail to: helpdesk@comverga.com
- by post (written complaint) to the address: COMVERGA a.s., tř. Karla IV. 468, 500 02 Hradec Králové
The result of the complaint will be communicated to the passenger in writing within the statutory period of 30 days.
