If a passenger needs a receipt for the payment of a single fare, he must enter through the front door, select "Print receipt" on the touch screen, bring the card close to the scanner and remove the receipt from the printer (the receipt can only be issued to the card holder).
At any time during the selection of fares for fellow passengers, the selected presets for fellow passengers can be canceled by pressing the “Cancel presets” button. A payment to a cardholder that has already been deducted from the wallet cannot be reversed.
Every cardholder can check the status of the card at any time on the screen of any reading device (time ticket validity, discount entitlement expiration, card validity expiration, electronic wallet balance, time until which the purchased ticket is valid) by pressing the “INFO“ on the touch screen and bringing the card closer to the sensor.
