Online top-up of the City Card

Welcome to the e-shop of Dopravní podnik města Hradce Králové, a.s.

• Here you can top up your City Card for the payment of individual fares, or buy a season ticket.

• You can make the payment on-line by credit card, on-line payment button or standard transfer from your bank account.

• The payment method depends on the speed of recording the event in the Internet top-up system and the possibility of using it for the passenger (on-line within 60 minutes, by payment transfer up to 2 working days).

• You will be informed about the execution of your order by the GOPAY payment gateway to your email address.

• You will be informed about the moment of payment from the address DPMHK a. s. (doprava@doprava.sk) to the email address you entered.

• This email also contains information about the time when you can enter the public transport vehicle and attach your card to any check-in terminal to replenish your wallet or season ticket. The season ticket will be ready for registration in the cars one day before its validity.

• If you travel on individual tickets, the first attaching will record your internet wallet filling and only the second time you attach the card will the fare be paid.

• When paying by standard bank transfer, the payment is governed by the terms and conditions of the relevant bank from which you make the payment, usually the payment is made by the next business day.
