When claiming liability for defects, it is advisable to attach the proof of purchase of the goods or the invoice, if issued, or another document proving the purchase of the goods.

When sending the goods, the Buyer is obliged to pack the goods in suitable packaging so as not to damage or destroy them.

In the event that a consumer dispute arises from a purchase contract or a contract for the provision of services that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may submit a proposal for out-of-court settlement of such a dispute to the designated entity for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, which is the competent inspectorate of the Czech Trade Inspection.
