As of September 2025, Hradec Králové public transport has introduced a price cap for electronic piece tickets. Regardless of the total number of purchases of individual electronic piece tickets made during the day, passengers will always pay the maximum value of a full-day ticket. Tickets purchased by one carrier will be processed in the fare core over a 24-hour period (this is the period from 01:00 to 00:59 of the following day) and if their total price exceeds the price of a 24-hour ticket, the price of the 24-hour ticket will be capped at the price of the 24-hour ticket. Thus, the customer does not need to consider in advance whether it is worth buying a day ticket or buying individual tickets, just buy a ticket for each journey and the Fair Tariff system will take care of the overall price.

Tickets purchased under the „Select another ticket“ button are not included in the discount. This option is used for a fellow passenger.

The Fair Tariff does not work with payments using an unregistered IREDO card due to technical limitations.
