The company was established on 1 April 1997 to provide public transport (bus and trolleybus) in the city and its surroundings. The founder is the Statutory City of Hradec Králové. The provision of the information is conditional upon payment of the required fee according to the published Tariff of charges.

  1. Remedies

Appeals or complaints shall be submitted in writing or electronically by data mail. Appeals are decided by the Board of Directors of the DPMHK. This decision cannot be appealed and is reviewable by a court.

Information may be charged according to Schedule of Fees.

Occurrence of damage or injury when using public transport in Hradec Králové

What to do in case of an accident or damage in connection with your transport by a public transport vehicle in Hradec Králové.

Of course, we apologize for such cases in the first place.

However, if you unfortunately suffer damage or injury in connection with transport by a public transport vehicle, it is imperative that:

1/ immediately report the damage or injury to the driver of the public transport vehicle in which the incident occurred

2/ provide the driver with your contact details so that he/she can arrange a connection between you and representatives of the Hradec Králové City Transport Company, a.s.

3/ in case of necessity, request emergency rescue assistance via the driver or the involvement of the Police of the Czech Republic

4/ fill in an incident report (downloadable below) in connection with the operation of a public transport vehicle - see Incident report in connection with the operation of a public transport vehicle - and deliver it to the DP address
