Policy and objectives of the Hradec Králové City Transport Company, a.s. in the area of the integrated management system for the period 2025 - 2027
Transport Company of Hradec Kralove, a.s. as a provider of public transport services, servicing and painting of vehicles wants to be a good and reliable partner of the citizens and visitors of Hradec Kralove every day. Králové and its business partners.
Quality policy
1. To fulfil the agreed qualitative, material and economic parameters of the Contract for public passenger transport services.
2. to optimally provide and use the necessary human, financial and infrastructure resources.
3. Maintain a good image of the company and deepen the overall awareness of public transport among residents and visitors to the city
4. Identify and analyze the majority needs of the public, objectively assess citizen complaints and communicate them properly
5. Monitor the preferences and satisfaction of passengers and customers of the external service.
6. Improve the quality and lifetime of the company's infrastructure.
7. Ensure the required level of quality on the part of external providers.
8. Require a responsible attitude from staff at all levels and within the scope of their function.
Environmental Management Policy
1. Take action to address risks and opportunities related to environmental aspects, mandatory obligations and system requirements.
2. Use modern technologies and environmentally friendly materials.
3. Permanently reduce the negative environmental impact of public transport by using alternative sources of vehicle propulsion.
4. Encourage and educate employees to be environmentally friendly.
5. Prevent the occurrence of emergency situations with a potential negative impact on the environment through consistent prevention with a focus on knowledge and skills for their management by responsible company employees.
Occupational health and safety policy
1. Promote preventive health protection programmes, especially for professions exposed to increased workload (drivers, dispatchers, mechanics).
2. To consult with workers on their concerns about the condition of the workplace and overall well-being in the work process and to ensure safe and healthy working conditions.
3. ldentify the requirements of stakeholders and workers in the B0ZP area and jointly propose and take measures to eliminate or mitigate risks.
4. To take care of customer safety in all areas of the services offered.
5. Create and maintain awareness of workers' responsibility for their own health and the potential risks of their work, and increase their knowledge and skills to manage crisis situations.
6. Prevent the occurrence of emergency situations with a potential threat to the safety of employees or customers by consistent prevention with a focus on the knowledge and skills to manage them by responsible company employees.
Management commitment
The Board of Directors and the management of the company will create material and organizational conditions for maintaining and continuously improving the efficiency of the integrated system. The company is committed to meeting the relevant generally binding and legislative requirements in the areas of quality, environmental protection and occupational health and safety. The management will maintain and improve the level of all certified activities through control processes and monitoring of procedures.
