SMS ticket complaints
A prerequisite for the functionality of the SMS ticket service for a passenger is that Premium SMS services are enabled on his mobile device. If the passenger does not have these services enabled with their operator, the SMS ticket service will not work and in this case the claim will not be accepted. No funds will be charged to the passenger's phone account.
In other cases, passengers have several ways to file a complaint:

- by post (PDF form) to COMVERGA a.s., tř. Karla IV. 468, 500 02 Hradec Králové
The result of the complaint will be communicated to the passenger in writing within the statutory period of 30 days.
