Patterns of valid tickets and passes in public transport from 1 June 2025

Identifiers used to link to the account:

The ticket is stored in the passenger's account and its possession is displayed by attaching the ticket identifier to the reading device in the car or at the ticket inspector.

Mobile ticket app HOPON

The HopOn application was discontinued as of 31 March 2025. As of 1 April 2025, new tickets can no longer be purchased; only tickets already purchased until then will be accepted until their expiry date.

The passenger presents a valid ticket in the HopOn app. The ticket contains information about the validity of the ticket, the type and the holder's photo for time tickets. The background image shows the time until the end of the ticket validity.
A valid ticket is indicated by a flashing wheel in the upper right corner.

Tickets on sale in the carriage

Fares paid in cash from drivers on public transport vehicles (except for the night line, the ticket is a transfer ticket from the driver and is valid throughout the public transport network.

Basic fare for persons aged 15 to 65

Discounted fares for people aged 6 to 15 and over 65

Fare for 24 hours

Ticket on the night line - non-transferable

On the night line, the basic non-discounted time fare including a 24-hour ticket is accepted.
Holders of other time tickets pay CZK 30 for a ticket in cash or from a card at the driver.
The ticket is only valid for one ride on the night line.

Mobile ticket (SMS) - transfer

  • basic ticket 30Kč, discounted ticket 15Kč valid for 60 minutes from purchase
  • Ticket for 100 CZK valid for 24 hours from purchase

SMS tickets are transferable and valid throughout the entire public transport network
