On Thursday 8 January, the check-in system will be maintained from approximately midnight to 12:00. This will involve some restrictions.
 
Restrictions on customer centres and the Client Zone (e-ticket shop) will not be functional:
 
- sale of time tickets
- topping up credit in your accounts
- create new accounts or modify existing accounts
- use of the QR code with the Client Zone as a ticket carrier
- online overview of car delays in the Client Zone, in search engines and on smart tags
 
During the maintenance period it works without limitations:
 
- purchase of electronic piece tickets with a payment card in the car
- purchase of electronic pieces from the Client Zone credit
- purchase tickets in cash at the driver's desk
- purchase of paper tickets
- validity of time tickets
 
The auditors will not be checking the tickets in the cars for that period of time. We apologise to passengers for the inconvenience.
