Thanks to this feature, you will save the time needed to write the SMS text and save the price for ordering SMS. Anyway, you need to register first.
Registration to the SMS ticket system
- Call 910 301 000. The system will automatically end the call and send a text message to confirm your registration.
- Confirm your registration by SMS in the form: YES HKR, which you send to 90230. You will receive a welcome SMS back.
The registration SMS is charged as a regular SMS within the operator's tariff.

Limit on the number of simultaneously valid Mobile Tickets (1+4 rule)
This restriction is mainly to protect passengers against unwanted ordering of the service by so-called “pocket SMS“ and other types of abuse.
It is possible to have a maximum of 5 valid SMS tickets (regardless of type - CZK 25/80) for one telephone number (mobile phone) at the same time. The time validity of individual tickets is checked. If the 1st ticket is valid, 4 more tickets can be ordered from the same mobile number. This means that a passenger can buy an SMS ticket for himself and 4 other passengers.
If 5 tickets are valid at the same time, then if an attempt is made to order a 6th ticket, the system will not allow this attempt and the call will be answered and the passenger will be informed by voice message. This call will be charged to the passenger as a call to the fixed network according to the applicable tariff of his/her mobile operator. For the 6th to the nth ticket it is possible to use SMS ticket ordering by SMS.
Financial limit 2 000 CZK per registration
The financial limit per 1 registration is set in accordance with the Premium SMS Service Code (point 4.3.5), which has been approved by all Czech mobile operators and is binding for technical providers of these services. If the total amount of transactions for the SMS ticket service exceeds the set limit of CZK 2,000 per 1 registration, the service „objednani SMS jizdenky prozvonenim“ is suspended and the passenger receives a call in the form of an SMS to extend the registration, i.e. he/she must reconfirm his/her interest in the service by sending an SMS „ANO HKR“ to the number 90230. If they do not do so, the service is stopped.
The passenger can continue to order the SMS ticket via SMS or re-order the service at any other time, but must re-register for the SMS ticket system and go through the registration process again, which starts by calling 910 301 000.
