Digital ticket carriers
The public transport check-in system in Hradec Králové can „carry“ a ticket on many digital devices. A list of them, divided into two basic groups, is given below. In addition to electronic tickets, there are also other types such as paper tickets or SMS tickets.
Unregistered carriers
Without any prior registration, you just tap the reader in the public transport car and buy a ticket.

- Card in NFC ring
Registered carriers
You can add the media listed below to your Client Zone account and use them for credit deduction or to prove the validity of a time ticket. The QR code is automatically available to every account created. In addition to the QR code, one user can have a maximum of two additional media added to their account.
QR code
The QR code is located in the account Client zones. Ideally, you display it on your mobile phone and then point the display at a distance of about 15 cm from the camera on the top right of the vehicle reader.

More traditional carriers popular especially with children and seniors. You can buy them in our customer service centres.
VISA or Master card
It can be used as a time ticket carrier or for credit deduction. The plastic card has a different number than the one in the mobile phone or watch, so you need to add each type separately. Anyway, different forms of payment card can be used.
IREDO card
Contactless IREDO chip card can be added to the Client Zone and used as a time ticket or credit holder.
