The Pouchovská customer center will shorten its opening hours over the summer.

The main customer service center at the transport company headquarters will shorten its opening hours over the summer. From July 1 to August 21, 2026, it will be available from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The center will be closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. From August 24, Contact point returns to standard opening hours.

Customer service centers at the public transport terminal will operate during their standard opening hours throughout the summer.
