Eva Marešová joined the transport company in June 2003 as a planning clerk. She now works there as the head of the controlling department and as a management representative for the integrated management system. 

In recent years, she has also served intermittently on the supervisory board of Dopravní podnik města Hradce Králové a.s., currently as vice-chairwoman. Within the company, she is currently primarily responsible for overseeing the Integrated Management System (IMS) certificates, of which our joint-stock company currently holds a total of three. „We have certifications for quality, environmental protection, and also for occupational health and safety (OHS). The certificates were implemented in 2005, and we passed our first certification audit the following year. We primarily needed the quality certification because we also perform work for external clients, and we had to prove that we do it with high quality. Environmental protection and OHS were added because auditors check whether we comply with regulations and laws in these areas. These certificates also have their justification, and it's good that we have them. Things are constantly changing in these areas, which people in regular operations don't have time to keep track of; auditors provide the necessary information if needed. Previously, the company had specialists for this, who are no longer here,“ explains Eva Marešová, who thus practically connects theoretical processes with practice within the company. She necessarily has to collaborate daily with many professions. With the benefit of hindsight, she especially appreciates that the introduction of the IMS had a positive impact on all operations, where it helped establish clear rules and brought „order.“.
