Survey of the quality of public transport services from October 12 to 16, 2026 at stops and in vehicles

From October 12 to 16, 2026, a survey of satisfaction with the quality of services provided by public transport in Hradec Králové will be conducted in vehicles and at stops of urban public transport in Hradec Králové. This survey has been conducted in our city since 2006. The entire survey is completely anonymous and serves to gather the opinions of passengers regarding the quality of public transport in our city. The survey results are subsequently applied in specific measures within the public transport system to improve the quality of our services.

The own survey will be conducted by trained interviewers for people aged 16 and over, who will be visibly identified with a badge bearing the inscription „Transport Survey“. According to a pre-prepared questionnaire, they will ask passengers for their opinion on the current level of public transport in our city. We thank everyone in advance for their understanding and cooperation in participating in this survey.
