The main objective of the company Dopravní podnik města Hradce Králové, a.s. is to provide quality and reliable services to its customers and passengers. Therefore, the company has implemented a quality management system according to the standard ISO 9001for public transport, bus and trolleybus servicing and vehicle painting. Simultaneously with the introduction of the quality management system, the implementation of standards ISO 14001to enhance environmental protection and ISO 45001, which ensures standards of protection for its own employees, visitors and passengers against potential threats to their health.

The certification audit was performed by the accredited company CERT-ACO, s.r.o. on 27-28 June 2006. The aim of the established Integrated management system is the company's intention to provide its customers and passengers with a high level of quality service through professionally trained employees who have the required experience and knowledge. At the same time, not only legal but also other regulations are demonstrably complied with to protect the safety of employees and other stakeholders, as well as to protect the environment as much as possible. In accordance with the above-mentioned standards, the certificate holder is obliged to demonstrate compliance with these standards on an annual basis and to continue to develop and improve the system.
